Charlie has loved living on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for the past 30 years! “In one way or another I have been associated with the Southern Shores area and Southern Shores Realty since I was 14 years old. My family rented here when I was a young teenager. I worked with the Rental and Property Management/Housekeeping Department in the early days. This gave me the first-hand experience to enter into Sales. I know the area, properties, and Southern Shores Realty from the ground up.”

Charlie is married with two daughters and is a graduate of Georgia Southern University as well as a graduate of Realtors Institute. As a former Army Officer (OCS/Airborne), Charlie has traveled world-wide and met many people. He has been a broker since 1979 and is consistently a “TOP PRODUCER”.
